We have the right to change these terms and conditions at any moment. You must visit this page on a frequent basis to keep up with any changes we make, as they are binding on you. The following terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the app you are using, whichever of them it is ("App" or "Service"), and any of its connected products and services. This Agreement is a legal contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the App's operator ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement by accessing and using the App and Services.
If you are engaging into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the capacity to bind that entity to this Agreement; in such instance, the terms "User," "you," or "your" refer to that entity. You must not accept this Agreement and may not access or use the Website or Services if you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that, despite the fact that it is electronic and not physically signed by you, this Agreement constitutes a contract between you and the Operator that regulates your use of the App and Services.
One or more intellectual property laws may protect what you see on the App. On our service, you'll find a variety of different types of content. Copyright, trademark, patent, and other laws may protect our services and products. We grant you a non-assignable, personal, worldwide license to use the software we provide for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license allows you to use the App only in accordance with these Terms. The App includes links to websites, services, material, news and advertisements that are not owned or controlled by us. We don't necessarily agree with it or take responsibility for it.
Our App's material is only intended to provide general information. It is not intended to be taken as authoritative advice. You shall not rely on the accuracy or timeliness of any sports scores or related information or statements supplied on the App in particular. Before taking or abstaining from taking any action based on the content on our App, you should seek professional or specialist advice.
Despite our best efforts to keep the material on our Service up to date, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees that the content on our App is accurate, complete, or up to date, whether express or implied.
We have no control over any third-party advertisements, content, news or data displayed on our App, or any websites or resources to which you may be directed, and we accept no responsibility for them or any loss or damage that may result from your use of them.
Headlines are collected by our automated service, SkorMasBot, which reads only the publishers' public RSS feeds. It never fetches article pages and never downloads images. For each item we store only the headline (exactly as published), the publisher's name, the publish time and the link. We do not store article text, summaries or images, and stored items are deleted automatically about 7 days after publication. Details for publishers: SkorMasBot — for publishers.
Tapping a headline opens the publisher's own page in your device's browser (Chrome Custom Tabs on Android, Safari View Controller on iOS). You see the publisher's full page, including its own ads; the App adds nothing on top of it. Your visit to that page is governed by the publisher's own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for its content.
Publishers who do not want their headlines to appear in our apps, or who want them removed, can email us at admin@skormas.com. We act within 24 hours: we switch off the publisher's feed and delete its stored headlines.
The App may also show our own short posts. These are written by us and use only our own or properly licensed images.

You agree to the information practises outlined in that policy, as amended from time to time.
All content displayed through this App is subject to change in price and availability at any time prior to purchase. Subscriptions are charged automatically every billing cycle (weekly, monthly, annually, or any other period), and you may be charged up to 24 hours before the start of each payment period. When you buy a subscription, you'll be charged at the rate that was in effect at the time you agreed to subscribe.
Membership (ad-free, and push notifications that show the score): a monthly subscription that renews automatically.
Remove ads: a one-time purchase that removes the ads permanently.
The price of each purchase is the price shown in the App, in your local currency, before you confirm the purchase.
Payments and renewal:
• At the time of purchase, payment will be charged to your Google Play or App Store account, at the price shown in the App. Unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will automatically renew.
• Within 24-hours of the current period, your account will be charged for renewal.
• After you make a purchase, you may manage or turn off auto-renew in the subscription settings of your Google Play or App Store account at any time.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
We retain the right to change this Agreement or its provisions relating to the App and Services at any time, with an updated version of this Agreement becoming effective upon publication on the Website. We'll update the date at the top of this page once we've done so. Your continued use of the App and Services following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
You indicate that you have read and agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You agree to be governed by this Agreement by accessing and using the App and Services. You are not authorised to access or use the App or Services if you do not agree to adhere by the terms of this Agreement.
